As an extension of our litigation practice, our attorneys practice in the state appellate courts and have experience in appeals from the trial courts in matters concerning insurance, property disputes, negligence and contract matters.  The appellate courts consider errors made at the trial court and administrative levels and have the authority to reverse a decision.  Many cases are often settled during the appellate process out of concerns of a possible reversal of the trial court or administrative final judgment.
